What we collect
When you fill in the intake form, we collect your name, email, location, age range, and the health information you choose to share: your diagnosis, cycle, symptoms and pain scores. If you join a program, we also collect your daily tracker entries and check-in answers. Professionals who sign up share their name, contact details and professional background.
Why we collect it

- To plan and adjust your coaching
- To contact you about your sessions
- Only if you separately agree: to measure, in anonymised form, how well the program works
Anonymised research use
If you tick the optional research box, your answers may be analysed with your name, email and any other identifying details removed. Results are only ever reported in combined form, never in a way that could identify you. Saying no doesn't change your place or price. You can withdraw at any time by emailing us, and we'll exclude your data from any future analysis.
Where it's stored and who sees it
Your answers are stored in a secured database run on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Only the Pelvactiv practitioner working with you can access them. We never sell your information or share it with advertisers. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
How long we keep it
We keep your records for as long as you're a client and for up to 7 years after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. If you only filled in the intake and didn't join, we delete your answers after 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Email info@pelvactiv.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Not medical care
Pelvactiv is an educational, movement-based coaching program. It does not diagnose, treat or cure endometriosis or any other condition, and it doesn't replace care from your doctor or physiotherapist. Stop any exercise that causes sharp or worsening pain, and seek medical attention for severe, sudden or unusual symptoms.
Payments and refunds
Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. If you're not happy after the first week of a program, tell us and we'll refund the unused portion. Payment plans continue unless cancelled before the next payment date.
