The advisory circle

A small, voluntary group who review program content, flag safety concerns, and help shape how we measure outcomes. Expect a short review request every couple of months, never more than you offer.

Referral partners

Many clients need internal pelvic floor work, imaging or specialist care. We refer to trusted practitioners, and you can refer patients who'd benefit from daily, cycle-aware support between appointments.
